Great service from the staff at Moretto, never have any issue

although 50% of the food was amazing and rest 50% just good. The staff at that point was terrible. I placed an order online for collection but when I popped in at the requested time, he didn't even know about my order. (Was not even busy; just using his mobile phone). When asked about the order and why he didn't make it - he did not show any remorse or apologies. Terrible service. The other smart young guy who appeared junior was nice though.

I was ordering lunch for 9 people. My plan was to order a day or so in advance, however had to order on morning. I did call & speak to Ali who was fantastic & could not have been more helpful. My worry was with so much food, I would have to go through every order, however that was not the case. Ali & his team had noted what was in each parcel, which made it extremely easy for me to sort out. Also, I had asked for a specific time, which was fantastic, as delivered on time & food hot. All the food, without exception was lovely & the portion sizes were good, as were the prices. I will certainly be ordering again & would like to say thank you to Ali & his team for providing excellent food & service.
